About Dee Tweed

I have been in the real estate market for 28 years in the Rochester Area. Throughout this time many changes have occurred but one thing has remained constant--my belief in strong agent/client relationships.  I know the importance of staying current in market developments to assure my clients access to the latest information. I have enthusiasm for working with individuals and families to help buyers and sellers find success.

Having lived in Southeastern Minnesota all my life I have gained a strong knowledge of the community.  My husband, Denny, and I have raised four sons who all live in Rochester.  They have blessed us with nine grandchildren who keep us busy and allow us to stay informed of what offerings are available for young families and children.  I enjoy golfing, bowling, camping, boating, getting together with friends for cards, and spending time with my family.

In my business I insist on making all contacts personally and directly and I do my best to meet the needs and requests of each client. As well as the knowledge that has come from my experience serving southeastern Minnesota communities, I have made a commitment to continue my learning by attending trainings and classes regularly. These opportunities provide me with strategies in working to the best of my abilities while keeping up with current trends in this industry.  The information also empowers me to utilize all that technological developments offer the real estate business and provide my clients with the most up-to-date information available.

My family values and genuine work ethic give me the ability to make strong connections with the clients that I serve in Rochester and the surrounding communities.  I guide sellers and buyers through each step of the process, helping to take the confusion and stress out of looking for a new home.  My knowledge of the industry enables me to create a smooth journey from start to finish and avoid the bumps in the road.  I communicate with my clients closely and get to know them so when a new property becomes available that may meet their needs, we can act immediately and get our feet in the door before someone else does! 28 years of real estate has taught me what is important in the market so I can give sellers helpful feedback and specific ideas that will be valuable in getting their house listed at a price they are comfortable with and getting the property SOLD.
